Traditional product in whose manufacturing process a piece of whole meat from Iberian pigs of first quality called lomo tape is used, this piece is made with garlic, salt and natural spices. Their maturation and healing will be held for a period longer than three months to obtain a final product of excellent quality and great tasting.
